Collaborate with program staff to facilitate positive youth development and encourage socialization and learning opportunities. Contribute to a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere for students to thrive. Maintain effective communication with parents/guardians and assist with any necessary administrative tasks. Support program initiatives and ensure compliance with program policies and procedures.
