Graduate EchoVascular Sonographer - Days - 10K Incentive

Echovascular Ultrasound
Performs adult transthoracic echocardiograms, transesophageal echocardiograms, stress echo exams and vascular ultrasound exams. Procedures include but are not limited to carotid Doppler, ABI/arterial Doppler, venous Doppler (DVT and venous Reflux).
Job Responsibilities for Echovascular Ultrasound
- Performs cardiovascular ultrasound imaging examinations.
- Performs studies independently in both in-patient and outpatient setting as well as procedural areas such as the Cardiac Cath Lab and Operating room.
- Maintains equipment and supplies.
- Ensures proper documentation of procedures.
- Collaborates with reading physicians and medical staff for diagnosis.
- Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED & Enrollment in an accredited Sonography Program
- Experience: No Experience
- Supervisor Experience: No Supervisor Experience
- Required License/Certification: None Required
- BLS required within first 30 day of employment
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Associate Degree Sonography
- Experience: < 2 Years' Experience
- Supervisor Experience: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation License/Certification
- Required License/Certification: RDCS License/Certification
