Marketing Intern

Stark State College is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to support our Marketing Department. Are you the friend who always says, “Wait, let me get a TikTok of this”? Do you love spotting the next big trend before everyone else catches on? We’re looking for someone creative and motivated to help us share our story online! Location: Stark State Main Campus, 6200 Frank Ave NW, North Canton Ohio 44720 Pay: $13/hour Hours: This role will be working in the fall semester (August 2026 - December 2026), and can expect to work between 5-15 hours a week, as needed. Typical Responsibilities Include: Assist in creating, editing, scheduling, and publishing content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter) Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner Support photo/video shoots around campus Track basic performance metrics (likes, shares, reach) Research trends and suggest new ideas to increase student engagement To be Considered You'll Need: High school completed Some college (preferred), must be currently enrolled in a higher education institution Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with major social media platforms, especially TikTok Creative mindset and eye for visual content Ability to work independently and collaboratively Currently enrolled student (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
