Role Overview The Service Advisor promotes all products and services, manages customer interactions, and assists in shop workflow. They serve as the manager on duty when the store manager is absent. Role Overview The Service Advisor promotes all products and services, manages customer interactions, and assists in shop workflow. They serve as the manager on duty when the store manager is absent. Key Responsibilities Greet customers professionally, listen to concerns, and document service needs accurately. Recommend services, parts, and accessories, explaining options clearly to customers. Provide accurate quotes, update customers during service, and review completed work and warranties. Follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction and track returns and warranty parts. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years old. Prior experience as a Service Advisor, in sales, customer service, or automotive field. Professional appearance, process-driven mindset, valid driver’s license, and ability to work multiple days including Saturdays. Compensation & Benefits Salary range of $50,000-$80,000 annually, with hourly pay plus commissions.
