Construction Program Manager- K-12 projects

Construction Program Manager- K-12 projects Full-time position located in Los Angeles. The Construction Program Manager will manage programs for K-12 clients, leading and coordinating cross-functional teams throughout the planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout phases. Responsibilities Conduct background research, data collection, and benchmarking. Work with Senior PM or PM to establish effective processes and systems. Produce project plans and monitor project progress. Document and track changes; prepare formal project progress reports. Liaise with client, contractors, and designers; attend meetings and draft minutes. Ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Deliver client needs in a helpful and attentive manner. Support cross-functional team positively; contribute to overall project. Communicate key information and data effectively; retain appropriately. Adhere to any applicable SOX control responsibilities. Qualifications 10+ years experience as a PM on public sector projects of varying scope. K-12 experience with modernizations, expansions, capital maintenance, and green field construction. Experience managing the planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout phases. Experience building client satisfaction and managing expectations of executive leadership. Experience preparing reports and presenting to oversight/governance groups. Experience managing public relations/community engagement efforts. Experience developing and managing high-performance teams. Preferences BS degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture (AA acceptable with sufficient project experience). CCM, CACM, DBIA, Assoc DBIA, PMP, or LCI certification. Experience with California public contracting and DSA compliance. The salary range for this full-time role is $180k-$210k per year.
