Key duties will include:Delivering respiratory therapy interventions as prescribed by physicians.Monitoring and assessing patient respiratory status and progress.Maintaining equipment and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.Educating patients and families on respiratory health and equipment use.Applicants should possess the following qualifications:Valid state license as a Respiratory Therapist.Experience in a NICU setting is preferred.Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
