Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a CDL Driver.
CDL Driver Job Details
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM
Pay Rate : Class B: $25.00/hr | Class A: $27.00/hr (+$2.00/hr for crane experience)
Location : Dayton, OH
CDL Driver Requirements/Qualifications

Valid Class B or Class A CDL required.
Previous commercial driving experience preferred.
Flatbed driving experience is a plus.
Crane experience is a plus and qualifies for an additional $2.00/hr.
Clean driving record required.
Ability to safely load, secure, transport, and unload materials.
Ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials throughout the shift.
Strong attention to safety and DOT regulations.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work overtime as needed.

About the CDL Driver Role
As a CDL Driver, your responsibilities will include:

Safely operate a commercial truck to deliver materials to customer locations.
Load, unload, and secure materials before and after deliveries.
Assist with manual labor during loading and unloading of trucks.
Inspect vehicles before and after each route to ensure safe operation.
Verify delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records.
Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
Provide professional customer service during deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized truck and work area.
Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery schedules and route updates.
Support warehouse operations when deliveries are complete.
