Associate Attorney – Litigation and Trial Counsel Location: Madison, WI – relocation assistance provided. Your role will help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands its offerings in an exciting and rapidly changing industry. You will manage litigation and regulatory matters, counsel Epic on its approach to an evolving competitive landscape, and your level of responsibility will match your skill set and increase rapidly. Please see our full non-discrimination statement at Qualifications 3‑7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus. Strong academic and professional background. Eye for detail, a creative mind and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
