Job Title: Case Manager Profession: Nursing Specialty: Case Management Duration: Permanent Shift: Evening Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2+ years of case management experience, acute care experience License: RN License required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Nursys must be on profile - Degree accreditation must be on profile or 5 years of experience Description: This position requires case management experience in an acute care setting. Candidates must possess a valid RN license. BLS certification is mandatory. Floating to other campuses may be required as needed. Travelers are expected to integrate and function as core staff. A completed demographic profile is necessary prior to consideration. The culture values collaboration and inclusivity. Candidates must be prepared for a prescreen interview, followed by a manager's final interview and an offer. All time-off requests must be submitted in advance. Compliance with documentation deadlines is essential.
