What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field required. MBA with a concentration in Accounting or Finance preferred. 8+ years of executive level accounting/finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

What You'll Do Lead all accounting and finance operations, including AP, AR, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and audits. Prepare timely monthly and annual financial statements. Develop and maintain internal controls and financial processes. Partner with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making. Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.

*This is a fully on-site role located in our Mooresville, NC facility.
