Robin Way Senior Living is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Health & Wellness (RN) to lead our clinical team and ensure exceptional care for our residents. What You Will Do Provide nursing services in accordance with all applicable state and federal regulations, community policies, and Department of Public Health requirements. Oversee the health and wellness needs of residents while ensuring the highest standards of care. Participate in pre-admission assessments for prospective residents. Perform admission, monthly, quarterly, and change-of-condition assessments. Review, revise, and maintain resident care plans to ensure individualized care and regulatory compliance. Coordinate resident healthcare services and communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and community staff. Assist residents with scheduling medical, dental, and laboratory appointments. Review and transcribe physician orders accurately and timely. Administer and document medications in accordance with the five rights of medication administration. Participate in staff training and development programs. Maintain compliance with all personnel policies and community procedures. Understand and implement the community's Fire Safety and Disaster Preparedness Plan during drills and emergencies. Serve as a clinical leader and resource for residents, families, and team members. Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership. Why You Are Qualified Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wisconsin required. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, memory care, or a related healthcare setting. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment, care planning, and communication skills. Ability to lead teams while maintaining a resident-centered approach to care. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to meet attendance and scheduling requirements consistently.
