Job Description

Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and budgets.
Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and address any issues.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the project team.

A successful Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:

A strong background in construction management within commercial projects.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
