Job Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical testsincluding chemistry, hematology, and immunologyfollowing established procedures.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot issues, and ensure laboratory instruments are maintained and calibrated regularly.
• Assist with specimen collection procedures and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all processes, contribute to training new staff or interns, and help uphold the highest lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, compliant, and safe working environment by adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health field, plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) acquired within a year of hire.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure with us.
