Partner with the bestAs an Account Representative, you will provide a vital service by implementing, monitoring, troubleshooting and evaluating chemical treatment programs. You will take ownership of a key customer account to ensure they have the services and products needed to operate safely and efficiently. You will become a trusted advisor to customers as you develop an understanding of our customer’s needs and operations.Fueling your passionAs an Account Representative, you will be responsible for:Managing day-to-day operations of refinery process treatment programs to ensure delivery and performance for our customersDeveloping trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional teams to promote collaborationProviding account management to understand customer needs, requirements and potential win-win sales opportunitiesCollecting and interpreting data for troubleshooting, service reports, meetings, KPI reviews and presentations delivered to customersProviding field support, laboratory analysis and technical guidance for our customers on issues, projects, turn-around, shut-downs and daily operationsManaging chemical inventories and deliveries at the customer locationAssist with loading and unloading for chemical tank trailersTo be successful in this role you will have:Have Bachelor’s Degree Preferred will take a High School Diploma.Have 3 plus years' experience with refinery or industrial experienceHave Refinery or industrial operation experience with, process chemical additives, water treatment, finished fuels additives, refinery sales, process engineering, or engineering service experienceHave Solid understanding and knowledge of refinery process operation and utilities unitsHave Understanding of industrial chemical treatment programs and sales processDemonstrate mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsHave experience working in a laboratory settingHave comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and refinery market conditionsDisplay excellent verbal and written communications skillsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
