We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Associate Agent to join our team. Position Overview The Associate Agent will provide direct support to current and potential clients, liaison between customers and companies, commercial and personal lines sales and retention, and internal communication. This role requires a friendly attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to grow in the insurance field. Responsibilities Client reviews and cross sales Customer Service support Must be able to meet sales goals Maintain and update client records in the system Support licensed agents with day-to-day operations Learn and adhere to compliance procedures and insurance guidelines Work with MS Office programs for communication, reports, and client documents Requirements Must have current Property and Casualty Insurance License Willing to obtain Life Insurance license within 60 days Basic computer skills (email, MS Word/Excel) Professional phone etiquette and communication skills High school diploma or equivalent required Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Prior experience in marketing, sales or insurance Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Holding a current insurance license Why Join Us Family-friendly hours — early Fridays!
