Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active Arizona Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to the assignment start. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred. Experience treating musculoskeletal conditions and using standard outpatient equipment such as therapeutic modalities, manual therapy techniques, and exercise progression. Client-specific requirement: ability to work a 5x8 schedule during daytime hours. Candidates must be able to pass required background checks and credential verifications. Preferred Requirements Previous travel therapy experience. Proficiency with electronic medical record systems used in outpatient clinics. Assignment Details Facility type: Outpatient. Shift name: Days. Shift hours: AM 8 (day shift). Schedule: 5x8. Assignment length: 13‑week assignment.
