Duties & Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality interior and exterior painting projects for both commercial and residential properties.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable professional painting experience in commercial or residential settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various painting techniques, including brush, roller, and spray painting applications.
• Proven ability to perform comprehensive surface preparation, including cleaning, patching, sanding, and priming.
• Reliable transportation to and from various job sites within San Clemente and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, adapting to project demands.
• Physical fitness and capability to perform essential job functions, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and working at heights on ladders and scaffolding.
• In-depth knowledge of different paint types, finishes, and their appropriate applications.
