Procurement Manager – Construction (New Construction Division) Miami, FL | Full-Time Are you experienced in construction procurement, vendor sourcing, and buyouts for residential or commercial projects? An established construction company with over 10 years in the industry is hiring a Procurement Manager to support its New Construction Division . This is a specialized role focused entirely on procurement — not a traditional Project Manager position. You will own the purchasing, vendor coordination, and material flow across multiple projects, working directly with leadership and field teams. Why This Opportunity Stands Out High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership Long-term pipeline of new construction projects Clear, specialized role focused strictly on procurement Work within a unique, highly efficient project structure What You’ll Be Responsible For Managing procurement across multiple construction projects Sourcing vendors and subcontractors based on project needs Reading plans and specifications to identify scope, materials, and potential challenges Creating detailed procurement proposals and budgets for Project Manager approval Issuing and managing RFPs/RFQs Leveling bids and negotiating pricing with vendors and subcontractors Overseeing subcontractor and vendor buyouts Purchasing materials and coordinating all procurement activities Managing long‑lead items and aligning procurement with project schedules Overseeing material logistics, delivery coordination, and timing to job sites Working closely with superintendents to ensure procurement aligns with field execution Managing vendor relationships and ensuring performance, pricing, and delivery expectations are met What You Bring Experience in construction procurement, purchasing, or buyouts Ability to read construction plans, drawings, and specifications Strong technical understanding of construction materials, scopes, and sequencing Experience sourcing vendors and negotiating contracts/pricing Background with a General Contractor or Developer preferredAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive Bilingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese) preferred Who This Role Is Ideal For Professionals with strong procurement experience who prefer a focused, non‑PM role Candidates with a hands‑on understanding of construction who can independently manage procurement decisions Detail‑oriented professionals who can source, price, coordinate, and track materials through delivery #J-18808-Ljbffr
