Client Onboarding Specialist

To support seamless operations and exceptional client experiences, the full-time remote Client Onboarding Specialist will establish new client accounts, facilitate asset transfers, and serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the onboarding process. Key responsibilities Work directly with clients and Financial Advisors to establish accounts and manage asset transfers Provide high-touch service to clients consolidating accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation completion Coordinate cash and asset movement activities, including ACATS, wire transfers, and ACH transfers Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of two years of experience in financial services operations Current knowledge of investment products and financial services Experience with asset transfers and investment advisory client service activities Comfort operating in a paperless, cloud-based service environment
