Position Summary Security Officer Patrol Agent in Chantilly, VA . As a Part‑Time Security Officer you will build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles via our Claim a Shift platform. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to deter security incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Saturday: 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM Sunday: 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and suitable emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, problem‑solving, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and/or local authorities when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to identify unusual activity, report concerns, and document observations according to post‑procedures. Minimum Requirements Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
