Business Analyst

Position : Business Analyst – Life Insurance Annuities

Duration: 6+ Months Contract-to-Hire

Location: San Antonio, TX or Plano, TX

Job Description :

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to support the Life Annuity team and work closely with DPOs on business processes, requirements, and project-related tasks.

Working with the Life Annuity team supporting the business processes and task from the DPO's .

Must have

• Great communication skills – written, oral, etc

• Organizational skills – proficient with MS Excel, PP, Outlook, IGrafix – Taking the complex and simplifying views/pictures for easy digestion

• Experience with Annuities or Insurance experience products

• Doesn’t require leadership experience – this is a doer

Preferreds-

• Exp as functional analyst or IT/project work

• Knowledge of JIRA/Rally or other project platforms

• Someone not afraid of fast turnarounds and work that changes frequently

• Someone with a strong desire to be an FTE
