Maintenance Supervisor 1st shift

Maintenance Supervisor Platteville, WI Days / 1st Shift – Monday – Friday (50 hour work weeks) Competitive Pay A local SW Wisconsin manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations and ensure facility equipment and systems remain safe, reliable, and operational. The right fit candidate will possess previous maintenance experience with CNC lathes and mills. This is a direct hire opportunity. Meaning the right fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll and be eligible for company provided benefits. Responsibilities Supervise, train, schedule, and coach maintenance teammate Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and facility systems Maintain electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems Monitor maintenance budgets and expenses Identify equipment issues and implement solutions Improve equipment reliability and maintenance processes Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Work with production and other departments to resolve maintenance issues Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Requirements Previous maintenance supervision or leadership experience Strong troubleshooting and repair skills Solid knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems Experience with preventive maintenance program Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple maintenance needs Technical degree or related experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Sedona Staffing Services
