Job Type: Full-time, Mon/Wed/Fri 6:30AM-2:30PM, and Tues/Thurs 11AM-7PM , 40 hours per week. Open to further discussing during interview.

Responsibilities:

 

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications:

 

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Must 3 years of experience as a  licensed Physical Therapist in an  orthopedic outpatient clinic ;  NO New Grads .
• Must have demonstrated clinical competency in the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic and sports-related conditions and neurological and balance disorders in an outpatient rehabilitation setting; experience with pediatric orthopedic populations is preferred but not required.  

 

Compensation: $88K - $112K+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
