Recruitment Consultant

Location: West Hollywood, CA | Full-Time | On-Site

Start Dates: November 2, 2026/January 2027

Salary: $42,500 base + commission ($70,000-$85,000 1st Year OTE)

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be given the keys to run your own business within a business. You’ll act as both a market expert and career advisor, building lasting partnerships with clients and candidates in your niche market. We will train you to manage the full recruitment process, developing commercial and interpersonal skills that create long-term success in business.

 

What We Offer

$120,000+ OTE for second year consultants
