Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and quality of life
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and family members on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Montana
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current NBCOT certification
• Ability to work day shift hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
• Experience with geriatric patient populations
