RN Cardiopulmonary Infusion Educator - Home Visits

CVS Health in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator to apply clinical nursing skills, educate patients and caregivers about PAH therapies, and provide infusion training and clinical support. You will collaborate with physicians, clinicians, pharmacy operations and the sales team to coordinate care, visit patients at home, and travel within IA and nearby states. On-call rotations and a comprehensive benefits package are included. #J-18808-Ljbffr
