Bilingual Community Health Navigator
Vamos Health
Vamos Health in Orem, Utah, is hiring a Community Health Navigator to support patients with onboarding, appointments, and access to community resources. The role emphasizes bilingual English/Spanish communication and culturally competent care within a clinical setting.
