Collections Specialist/ AR specialist 8:00AM-5:00PM EST |Nappanee, Indiana- 100% On-Site | Salary: $40,000-$50,000 We are seeking a Collections Specialist to manage high-volume B2B collections and support accounting operations. This role offers a flexible schedule and an opportunity to impact the company’s financial success. Responsibilities Utilize an online portal to process collections and apply payments. Engage in in‑depth conversations with clients to identify root causes of outstanding balances and offer effective solutions. Collaborate with sales teams and clients to research and resolve issues with overdue accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients to facilitate smooth collections. Handle high‑volume email correspondence related to collections and account management. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience in high‑volume B2B collections. Self‑motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
