Efficient Air Service is hiring a full-time In-Home HVAC Sales Representative in Riverdale, NJ. This is a base+commission position with uncapped earning potential of $160,000-$300,000+ annually , based entirely on your performance.

What You Will Do

Meet with homeowners who are considering replacing or upgrading their heating and cooling systems.

Each appointment includes:

• Evaluating the existing system
• Identifying comfort, efficiency, and reliability concerns
• Presenting equipment options
• Explaining pricing and financing solutions
• Addressing customer questions and objections
• Guiding homeowners toward a confident purchase decision

This is a consultative sales role, but it is also a closing role. Success requires listening well, leading the conversation, and confidently asking for the sale.

Who We Are Looking For

We are especially interested in top-performing in-home sales professionals who are ready for a high-income opportunity.

HVAC experience is a plus, but it is not required for the right salesperson.

We are willing to train candidates from industries such as:

• Roofing
• Windows and doors
• Siding
• Solar
• Remodeling
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Pest control
• Painting
• Automotive sales
• Other high-ticket sales environments

HVAC Service Technicians and HVAC Installers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate is confident, self-directed, accountable, and motivated by performance-based compensation.

Required Qualifications

• Proven sales ability and strong communication skills
• Comfortable working independently
• Ability to discuss pricing and handle objections confidently
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

This is a full-time, appointment-based position serving residential customers throughout Riverdale, NJ and surrounding communities.
