In this customer-facing role, you'll represent nationally recognized brands at promotional events, engage directly with customers, support marketing campaigns, and help drive customer acquisition. No previous experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing coaching to help you develop professionally.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Marketing Assistant, you'll:

• Represent client brands at face-to-face promotional events throughout the Milwaukee area.
• Engage with prospective customers, build rapport, and promote products and services.
• Support customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive customer experiences.
• Achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Accurately record customer interactions and campaign results.
• Collaborate with colleagues to execute successful marketing campaigns.
