Primary Purpose

Provide leadership and supervision for the overall educational program of the districts PK-12 campus. Promote high expectations for academic achievement student growth school culture and community engagement while supporting staff development and organizational effectiveness.

Three Way ISD is seeking a passionate and student-centered leader who values relationships collaboration visibility and servant leadership. The ideal candidate will help continue building a strong culture focused on academics extracurricular success innovation and community pride.

Qualifications

Education/Certification

  • Masters Degree required
  • Texas Principal Certification required

Experience

  • Campus leadership experience preferred
  • Experience in instructional leadership and teacher coaching preferred
  • Experience working in a small-school or rural district setting preferred

Special Knowledge/Skills

  • Strong instructional leadership skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of curriculum instruction assessment and school improvement practices
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students staff parents and community members
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to support both academic and extracurricular programs

Major Responsibilities and Duties

  • Foster a positive and student-focused campus culture
  • Support high-quality instruction and student achievement
  • Use data-driven practices to improve student outcomes
  • Supervise and evaluate campus personnel
  • Promote teacher growth and collaboration
  • Maintain effective communication with families and stakeholders
  • Support district goals initiatives and compliance requirements
  • Oversee campus discipline safety and operational procedures
  • Support student involvement in athletics fine arts UIL leadership and extracurricular activities
  • Continue building traditions and systems that strengthen school culture and community pride
