Primary Purpose
Provide leadership and supervision for the overall educational program of the districts PK-12 campus. Promote high expectations for academic achievement student growth school culture and community engagement while supporting staff development and organizational effectiveness.
Three Way ISD is seeking a passionate and student-centered leader who values relationships collaboration visibility and servant leadership. The ideal candidate will help continue building a strong culture focused on academics extracurricular success innovation and community pride.

Qualifications
Education/Certification
- Masters Degree required
- Texas Principal Certification required
Experience
- Campus leadership experience preferred
- Experience in instructional leadership and teacher coaching preferred
- Experience working in a small-school or rural district setting preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills
- Strong instructional leadership skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of curriculum instruction assessment and school improvement practices
- Ability to build positive relationships with students staff parents and community members
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to support both academic and extracurricular programs
Major Responsibilities and Duties
- Foster a positive and student-focused campus culture
- Support high-quality instruction and student achievement
- Use data-driven practices to improve student outcomes
- Supervise and evaluate campus personnel
- Promote teacher growth and collaboration
- Maintain effective communication with families and stakeholders
- Support district goals initiatives and compliance requirements
- Oversee campus discipline safety and operational procedures
- Support student involvement in athletics fine arts UIL leadership and extracurricular activities
- Continue building traditions and systems that strengthen school culture and community pride
