An immediate opening for an IT Procurement Specialist in Augusta, ME, offering a hybrid remote work arrangement. This role focuses on managing inbound funding requests, coordinating with IT and procurement teams, and ensuring accurate documentation to support timely approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders across IT and Procurement organizations.
• Review and manage inbound funding requests, ensuring all required documentation is complete, accurate, and properly submitted.
• Manage multiple requests and project activities simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and organization.
• Collaborate with business partners, technical teams, and procurement personnel to gather requirements and necessary documentation.
• Track project progress, monitor milestones, and resolve issues that may impact timelines or deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between functional areas to maintain alignment with project objectives.
• Provide status updates and follow up with stakeholders to obtain missing information and resolve documentation issues.
• Maintain compliance with organizational processes and standards.
• Contribute to the successful execution of IT and procurement initiatives through effective coordination and communication.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in IT procurement or a related environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple small projects or requests simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to track details, follow established processes, and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience managing inbound funding requests and documentation.
• Experience working within a hybrid remote environment.
• Familiarity with organizational standards and compliance procedures.
