In Victoria, TX 77901, equipment can’t wait. We’re looking for a Field Service Diesel Engine & Hydraulics Mechanic who thrives on diagnosing issues on-site and getting customers back to work—safely and efficiently.

Can you arrive on location, connect your diagnostic tools, isolate a fault in a diesel engine or electrical system, explain the fix to the customer, and document everything clearly—without missing a safety step? If yes, this role is built for you.

• Provide mobile diagnostics and repair for diesel engines and related equipment at customer sites.
• Complete preventive maintenance services and detailed inspections.
• Leverage diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Maintain precise service records and maintenance documentation.
• Communicate service needs, options, and recommendations directly with customers.
• Uphold safety protocols and keep a clean, organized work environment.
• Work closely with teammates to improve turnaround time and client satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent; formal diesel training or certification preferred.
• Proven background as a diesel technician or mechanic.
• Solid knowledge of diesel powertrains, electrical systems, and hydraulics.
• Skillful use of diagnostic tools and test equipment.
• Sharp problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Clear communicator with a strong customer focus.
