Benchmark Management is seeking detail-oriented, customer-focused individuals to join our Guest Services team. As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service while helping travelers book unforgettable vacations along Florida's beautiful Emerald Coast.

What You'll Do
Assist guests and prospective guests with booking their vacation accommodations
Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, text messages, email, and web chat
Respond to guest questions, concerns, and reservation inquiries professionally and efficiently
Resolve guest issues from start to finish, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
Respond to guest reviews and online communications across multiple booking platforms
Support daily business operations while maintaining a positive guest experience
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service
Pay & Benefits
Starting pay of $17+/hour, based on experience and skills

Requirements:
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Reliable computer and internet connection
Vacation rental experience or familiarity with property management software
