Job Description: 2nd Shift Lead - Parcel Operations (Monday - Friday) Manage warehouse and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational, personnel, and safety policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant parcel operations. Key Responsibilities * Oversee receiving, warehouse, parcel, and distribution operations. * Manage daily parcel shipping operations, including FedEx, UPS, and other small package carriers. * Ensure timely processing, sorting, scanning, and shipment of parcel orders while meeting service level requirements. * Maintain warehouse staff by motivating, training, developing, and supervising team members and supervisors. * Coach, counsel, and discipline employees while promoting a positive and productive work environment. * Monitor productivity, quality, and service metrics and provide regular operational reports. * Position will require flexibility * Maintain a strong sense of urgency regarding safety training, compliance, and operational excellence. Qualifications * Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, and parcel operations required. * Strong knowledge of parcel shipping processes, including FedEx and UPS systems and procedures. * Proficient in the use of computers, handheld scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office applications. * Ability to generate, analyze, and distribute operational reports. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to send professional emails and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. * Proven leadership experience in supervising, training, and developing warehouse associates. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. * Excellent communication skills * Bilingual a plus * Important: This is a 2nd shift position Work : Schedule: Monday 1:45pm - 10:15 pm Tuesday 1:45pm - 10:15 pm Wednesday 1:45pm - 10:15 pm Thursday 1:45pm - 10:15 pm Friday 1:45pm - 10:15 pm PI5d79bfb8c230-29400-41442429
