Description - What You Will Do

• Assess test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as needed.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of all processes, train new staff or interns, and maintain laboratory quality standards.
• Uphold a hygienic and safe work environment, complying with regulatory guidelines and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health along with preparations for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtained certification as ASCP or AMT Board Certified in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Maintain active certification for the duration of employment.
