Role Description The Managing Partner is a full-time, on-site leadership role and is responsible for overseeing daily operations, business development, team performance and top-to-bottom P&L responsibilities. The Managing Partner will build and maintain relationships with local partners, as well as lead efforts in sales, marketing, and community outreach. Day-to-day responsibilities involve monitoring financial performance, setting operational goals, enforcing standards, and mentoring staff to support professional growth. The individual in this role will drive strategic initiatives that enhance service quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term business growth. Knowledge of water damage restoration and mitigation services with IICRC WTR certification. environmental services, including safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices. Experience leading teams in the restoration industry. With strong leadership and people management skills. Skillset useful in business development, sales, and client relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities, with strong organization and time-management skills in fast-paced, emergency-driven environments.
