Solar Panel Installer Assistant Details:

Temporary position
$25.00 / hour
Part Time work available
First Shift ( Tuesday through Wednesday )

Laborers will work on a metal roof with a 1/12 or 2/12 pitch.
Roof height approximately 15–20 feet.
Roof size approximately 2 acres.
All access to roof via scissor lift.
No ladders used on site.
Materials transported to roof using telehandlers.
Laborers will Carry solar panels up to 50lbs to installers.
Move boxes and racking equipment.
Provide general labor support to installation crew.

Solar Panel Installer Assistant Qualifications:

Ability to lift and carry over 50lbs.
Comfortable with heights.
Ability to stand and walk the majority of shift.
Comfort working on scaffoldings and roofs.
Good communication skills to work safely with lead installers.
Capacity to stand, bend, and climb repeatedly throughout the workday in changing weather.
