• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of WA).

Compensation: $82K - $110K/year + inclusive of productivity incentives, with  additional compensation opportunities for certifications. B enefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
