Note: Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in energy law, administrative law, or civil litigation. Kentucky experience is strongly preferred. Job Description Represent clients in renewable energy, environmental, and administrative litigation matters. Handle proceedings before state agencies, administrative bodies, and courts. Advise clients on regulatory and compliance issues affecting energy projects. Prepare motions, briefs, pleadings, and other complex legal filings. Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy. Participate in hearings, appeals, and client meetings. Collaborate with experienced attorneys across multiple practice areas. Stay current on legal and industry developments impacting the energy sector. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active bar license or ability to obtain Kentucky licensure through UBE transfer or waiver. 2+ years of administrative, civil litigation, or energy law experience. Strong legal writing, research, and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and advocacy skills. Superior academic credentials. Experience before the Kentucky Public Service Commission or Kentucky Electrical Generation and Transmission Siting Board is highly preferred. Environmental regulatory, transactional, or litigation experience is a plus.
