Director of Total Rewards Remote, Scale & Impact
Nex-Tech
Nextech is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Total Rewards to design and continuously evolve compensation, benefits, and recognition programs as we scale in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Reporting to the CHRO, this role balances strategic leadership with operational execution, partnering with senior leaders to align programs with business priorities and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
