Office AssistantPay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour, plus spiff opportunitiesSchedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.Are you friendly, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of your work? Do you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and keeping an office running smoothly?Jay's Heating, Air & Plumbing is looking for a Customer Service Representative/Office Assistant to support our new Wytheville location. This employee will work independently from the Wytheville office while staying closely connected with our main headquarters and team in Mt. Airy, NC.Because you will often be working alone in the office, we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, trustworthy, and confident handling day-to-day responsibilities without constant supervision.What You'll DoThis position combines customer service, scheduling, and general office support. Responsibilities will include:Answering incoming calls with a friendly and professional approachConverting customer inquiries into scheduled service and sales appointmentsMaking outbound calls to follow up with leads and customersEntering and updating customer information in ServiceTitanCommunicating with dispatchers, technicians, and managers throughout the dayAssisting customers with questions and resolving routine concernsSupporting membership and service-plan opportunitiesCompleting general administrative and office-related tasksKeeping the Wytheville office organized, professional, and running smoothlyMaintaining regular communication with the Mt.
