Senior Director of National Accounts

Overseeing the growth of a diverse portfolio across the U.S., the full-time Senior Director of National Accounts will manage targeted Retail Strategic Accounts remotely, focusing on achieving profitable growth, enhancing team performance, and expanding distribution within the super-premium and luxury segments of the wine and spirits industry. Key responsibilities Drive portfolio growth strategy by spearheading account-specific planning and collaborating with the wholesale sales execution team Develop and nurture relationships with National and Regional accounts, ensuring effective execution of promotional strategies and growth plans Coach and develop strategic account managers while fostering a collaborative culture and managing performance standards Required qualifications Proven sales results in the Beverage Alcohol industry with relevant wine experience Strong relationships with key distributors and wholesalers, with a focus on driving performance Experience leading high-performing sales teams, including recruiting and developing talent Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally to execute go-to-market strategies Expertise in leveraging analytics and business intelligence for sales planning and performance measurement
