About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Construction to provide strategic direction and ensure operational excellence in the delivery of construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a variety of commercial, industrial, and warehouse construction initiatives, with a focus on aligning construction strategies with organizational goals. This executive-level role involves overseeing project planning, budgeting, and scheduling, as well as driving innovation in preconstruction processes and project execution methodologies. The Vice President of Construction will also be tasked with fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and vendors, and promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the construction team. Applicants for the Vice President of Construction position at the company must have a Bachelor of Science in construction management, engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 12 years' experience in construction management. A proven track record in managing commercial, industrial, and warehouse construction projects is essential, along with strong leadership skills and executive-level experience in project oversight. The role requires in-depth knowledge of preconstruction processes, cost estimation, and feasibility analysis, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. The ideal candidate will be committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement, and have experience with hybrid work environments and collaborative team settings. The ability to drive innovation and efficiency in construction methodologies is also a key requirement for this position.
