Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid Minnesota School Psychologist license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with K-12 students in diverse educational settings
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, school staff, and families
• Compassion, organization, and adaptability

In this role, you’ll:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to identify student needs and inform interventions
• Provide direct and indirect counseling to support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral growth
• Develop and monitor student plans, including IEPs and 504 accommodations
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to foster positive learning environments
• Participate in RTI/MTSS processes and data-driven decision-making
• Serve as an advocate for student mental health and well-being
