Hospice Spiritual Care Coordinator

Ohio Living

Ohio Living is seeking a Spiritual Care Coordinator to provide compassionate spiritual care to patients and families in our hospice program. The role emphasizes interfaith sensitivity and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to support end-of-life care.

The position involves direct spiritual care, coordination of memorial services, and engagement with community clergy to meet patient and family needs, while documenting services and updating care plans in the EMR.
