Job Summary:
A travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity is available in La Porte, Indiana. This position involves working in a fast-paced rural emergency department with 23 beds, requiring candidates to bring their license on the first day. The selected nurse will provide critical patient care and work a night shift from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. Candidates must meet all licensure and certification requirements and be able to commit to the scheduled duration of 13 weeks.

Job Details:

• Location: La Porte, Indiana
• Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, Nights
• Schedule: 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: RN licensure in Indiana, ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications, 1-2 years of ER experience, De-Escalation Training, Cerner Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred.
• Additional Information: Candidates must include their driver's license and permanent home address matching their ID in submissions. Travelers must be located more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted. Submissions lacking required licenses and certifications will be rejected. Holiday work may be required depending on the facilitys needs.
• Responsibilities include providing emergency care in a rural hospital setting, adhering to unit protocols, and maintaining patient safety standards.
