A growing plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join its established practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to handle a substantial caseload, gain regular hearing experience, and work alongside a collaborative team dedicated to advocating for injured workers.

What You'll Do:

• Represent clients throughout all stages of workers' compensation claims
• Appear at Workers' Compensation hearings and conferences
• Develop case strategy and negotiate settlements
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide consistent case updates
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys and support staff

What We're Looking For:

• 2-5 years of workers' compensation experience
• Admission to the New York Bar
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while working as part of a team
