About the Role As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our night shift, you will be responsible for administering medications, wound care, and other necessary treatments to ensure our residents receive the highest quality care. Registered Nurse (RN) will also work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each resident\'s unique needs are met. With a focus on person-centered care, Registered Nurse (RN) will prioritize building relationships with our residents and their families, providing emotional support and comfort during times of need.
