We're seeking a polished, professional, and hospitaltiy0driven Lead Event Bartender to elevate our premier catering and event bar program in Norman. We create high-end, customized beverage experiences across the OKC metro- from upscale weddings and corporate galas to exclusive private tastings. By paying a premium, predictable flat rate, we ensure our bars remain elegant and hospitality-focused without the need for guest-facing tip jars. What You'll Do * Craft & Elevate- Build and serve premium craft cocktails, wine and beer with speed, accuracy, and impeccable presentation. * Set The Stage- Set up and break down beautiful, organized mobile bar stations, ensuring all glassware, tools and garnishes are flawless. * Engage Guests- Deliver warm, professional, country-club-style hospitality to every guest in line. * Maintain Control- Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, strictly adhering to all Oklahoma ABLE commission laws and safety standards.
